5 Kerala players in Services
In our list of Kerala based players in Santosh Trophy, we bring you some more. This time representing Services are 5 players based from Kerala.
Shaji A D’Silva who leads the services team in Santosh Trophy 2009 has been representing the team for 5th consecutive year. Shaji plays for Navy and was at his best during the last season. He is from Thiruvananthapuram.
Stopper Back M Dileep from Palakkad is has been with the Indian Army and had represented Kerala U 19 earlier. Dileep is representing Services for the 3rd time this season.
Sajith CT hailing from Thrissur and Goalkeeper VV Sujan Suku from Calicut, who is playing his first Santosh Trophy are both from the Navy squad.
Apart from these players Services also has Suresh Babu from Kannur.
The team is also coached by Ravi TV from Navy, who represented Services 6 times in Santosh Trophy. Mr. Ravi was born and brought up in Bhopal has his roots Thrissur.
Kerala has a lot to look forward for the Semi finals in Santosh Trophy tomorrow with these players representing Services at one end and Denson Devadas representing Bengal at the other.
