Titanium in finals at Sikkim CM’s Gold cup

Titanium beat Ghorka Bridget by a 49th minute header from Ebin Rose to storm into finals of 5th All India Chief Minister’s Gold Cup Football Tournament being held at Bhaichung Stadium at Namchi, Sikkim.
Titanium had beaten Sikkim police 2-0 to enter the semis while Ghorka Bridget had beaten Friends Club Kathmandu.
The tournament organised by South District Football Association (SDFA), Namchi also included Nepal XI, SAI Kolkata, Army XI, Mizoram, Kolkata Customs, Mumbai FC, ONGC, Delhi National, Tata Football Academy (TFA) and four teams from Sikkim namely Sikkim Police, Sinolchu Namchi, SAI Namchi and Sports Academy, Sikkim apart from Titanium
The Trivandrum champions will now face Army IX in the finals on 22nd Nov 2009.
