Kerala U17 in strong position

The Kerala schools team produced a good show to win their games against Haryana and Tamil Nadu yesterday topping the table at the 55th National schools football U17 championship at Allahabad
Playing in cold climatic conditions at K P College, Allahabad, Kerala U17 boys beat Haryana 1-0 yesterday morning and later defeated Tamil Nadu by the same scoreline.
Kerala will take on Punjab who finished 3rd last year, and Navodaya Vidhyalaya later tomorrow. A win will ensure a quarter final berth for the team.
