South Asian Games Women’s football: India Senior Women trounce Pakistan

After drubbing Sri Lanka 8-1 in their opening encounter, India Senior Women team continued their great form in the 11th South Asian Games Women’s football tournament and trashed Pakistan 6-0 in their second round robin league match played at the Bangabandhu Stadium, Dhaka here on Sunday.
O.Bembem Devi scored an impressive hat-trick, while Sasmita Malik scored a brace. Naobi Chanu too registered her name in the score sheet scoring a goal to take her goals tally to three in two games.
India Senior Women now take on Nepal on February 4 in their third round robin league match.
