Two boys from Kerala for Celtic FC camp
MD Sajid Khan amd Sufaid Ali from MSP Higher Secondary School, Malappuram are among the 22 players selected on the basis of their performance in the Mahindra Youth Football Challenge Inter-City leg to attend a three-day special coaching clinic to be conducted by coaches from Celtic Football Club at the Bangalore Football Stadium from April 25 to 27, 2012.
The clinic will be conducted by Mark Reid (Youth Academy Coach/Senior Football Development Officer), Jose Romero and Mark Tobin (Centre of Excellence Coaches and Tom McKay (Development Centre Goalkeeping Coach). The clinic will be conducted in two sessions (8:30 am to 10:30 am and 4:30 pm to 6 pm).
Following this clinic two to four players will be picked to travel and train at the Celtic Football Club in Scotland for ten days.
Winner Pandua SBS High School, Kolkata have ten players, with two from St. Aloysius High School, Bangalore, two from Don Bosco High School, Mumbai, two from MSP HSS, Kerala, two from St. Britto’s High School, Goa, and four from CRPF School, Delhi.
