Ajayan's suffered a fractured arm during Mahindra United's last game against Air India in Mumbai Football League on Friday. This would keep him out of training for the next one month.
"The sound of a crack was heard right till the stands, and despite that Ajayan bravely tried to play on, after getting a bit bandaged up. But the pain was too discomforting, and he had to be subbed just before the end. A scan later in the evening confirmed a fracture, albeit a not too serious one" : reports IndianFootball.com
Ajayan hasn't been included in Santosh Trophy 2009 squad of Kerala. While he is keen on working hard and keeping his fitness as the Nehru cup 2009 is near. Ajayan is expected to be back at his home town next week.
