The Thiruvananthapuram district ‘A’ and ‘B’ division football leagues will begin at the Medical College ground from July 5.
Seven teams will vie for honours in the ‘A’ division. AG’s Office, RBI, SMRC, St. George FC, Tekece, St. Peter’s FC and Pettah Youngsters are the teams taking part in the ‘A’ division. The winner of the league will qualify for next season’s super division.
Seven teams will figure in the ‘B’ division and the winner will make it to next season’s ‘A’ division.
LNCPE, BPBPM, St. Thomas FC, Salim Brothers, Golden Eagles, Subash Club and Directorate of Health Services are the sides in the ‘B’ division.
