In their opening match in the Subrato cup at the Ambedkar Stadium, New Delhi, Malabar Christian College School, Kozhikode defeated the Rosario School, Gos with a score line that read 2-1. Sujith Lal and Sarjaz were in the score sheets for the Kerala side.
Te Goan team went ahead at the start of the second half. But, MCC School came back with a quick brace in the last minutes. This is the fifth time, Malabar Christian College School is representing Kerala in the Subroto Cup.
MCC will face Indian Army School in their second match on Thursday.

St.Josephs and MCC always had really strong teams.
Hope they manage to go on and win the championship, although it is going to be very tough.
