Federation Cup 2009: Fixtures announced

AIFF has announced Fixtures of Federation Cup 2009. Group A and C matches will be played at Silchar while Group B and D will be at Guwahati.

Viva Kerala is in Group A along East Bengal JCT and Salgaocar SC. Viva lost to East Bengal by one goal in their home match at i-league while they are scheduled to play JCT in coming match at Kozhikode. Viva's away match against Salgaocar in I League was washed off earlier.

HAL (South Zone), ONGC (West Zone), Calcutta GeorgeTelegraph (East Zone) NISA (NE Zone) and J&K Bank (North Zone) are the teams qualified from each zones. These teams are to play in two groups, one at Mumbai and other at Assam, the winners of which will go to the Federation cup.
