Mohammed Hashique (48th)scored the other goal.
Earlier, Mohammed Sabith and Mohammed Sajil scored two each as Malappuram crushed Kannur 5-1 to enter the semifinals of the Kerala State under-14 inter-district football championship on Sunday.
Kozhikode beat Thrissur 2-1 with its goals coming through Hameen Jamal and Sai Aditya.
