The Wonder boy of Indian football, Sunil Chhetri will start for Kansas Wizards against Colorado Rapids on Tuesday at 7:30pm CT (Wed 7am IST) at the U.S. Open Cup.
The Indian international has received his ITC and P1 Visa and made it to the Roster.
As the Hungarian striker Zoltan Hercegfalvi has been ruled out till September with a knee injury, Sunil will get his first start in MLS.
With this he will be the first Indian to play in Major League Soccer and the first Asian citizen to play for the Kansas City Wizards.
Chhetri has scored 4 goals in his 2 appearances for the Wizards second team including a hat-trick against University of Earnsville
