Travancore FC's young goal keeper Shibin Raj will lead the Kerala Juniors in the the Junior National Football Championship for the Dr. BC Roy Trophy to be held from 5th June, 2010 at Kolkata, West Bengal.
The Kerala under-19 team are clubbed with Mizoram, Chandigarh and Gujarat in the Cluster 3 of the preliminary round. Kerala will open their campaign on June 5 when they face Mizoram in the opening day of the championship.Kerala then takes on Chandigarh on June 7 and Gujarat on June 9.
Defender Abhishek N Joshi will be the vice-captain of the team. The boys will be coached by M Anil Kumar from Palakkad.
