The Kerala state women's football team that will participate in the 19th Senior National Women's Football Championship 2010-11 was announced by Kerala Football Association (KFA) on Wednesday along with the men's team for the Santosh Trophy. C Jibisha will lead the Kerala team that will open their campaign against Rajasthan in the cluster VIII of the tournament that will be held at Bhilai, Chattisgarh.
Jibisha is a first year student pursuing graduation at the Mar Thoma College,Thiruvalla. The team will be coached by Reginald Varghese, while Amrita Aravind will take up the role of team manager. The team will leave for Chattisgarh on Thursday.
