Chirag United Kerala FC were forced to postpone their Round 16 I -League 2011-12 match after Kerala Strikers, the team representing the state in the Celebrity Cricket League (CCL) won their battle to use the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Kochi for January 22, 2012 on which Chirag Kerala were scheduled to play Kolkata's Pailan Arrows.
"The rescheduled fixture will be decided by the All Indian Football Federation's (AIFF) I-League committee in the coming days, with an April match on cards," said Chirag Kerala's Team Manager K Prashanthan after attending the AIFF Core Committee meeting at Football House, Delhi on Wednesday.
