Vineeth CK and Asif K are included in the 30 players called up for the preparatory camp of national football team prior to the AFC Challenge Cup 2014 Qualifiers named by Wim Koevermans.
Vinneth won his first cap for the national team earlier this week against Palestine coming on as a substitute at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Kochi. Meanwhile Asif is uncapped. Both the players are teammates at Prayag United SC and also earlier at Chirag United Kerala FC.
The camp will be held at the Bharatiya Vidyapeeth premises in Pune from February 12, 2013. India play their first match against Chinese Taipei on March 2 followed by matches against Guam and hosts Myanmar on March 4th and March 6th respectively. The matches will be held at Yangon.
