Eagles FC Kerala will represent the state of Kerala in the I-League second division this year hoping to become the first team after Viva Kerala (also known as Musli Power Extra Viva Kerala FC and Chirag United Kerala FC among others) to qualify for the top division – I-League.
Eagles, coached by Stanley Rozario and captained by India international Sushil Kumar Singh, have had a good Federation Cup 2014 outing and will be hoping to carry their form into the second division matches at the Paljor Stadium in Gangtok, Sikkim where they will play Aizawl Fc, Kenkre Sports, Bhawanipore SC and Hindustan FC in group B with top two teams qualifying for the final phase to be held later.
