The strength of Kerala Santosh Trophy Squad has been reduced to 27 with 4 players losing out to make it to the final squad and 2 missing out through injuries.
The players who have been removed from the squad are Fernandez (Goal Keeper), T Fazil, Ajith Fermin (both Defenders), KV Lalu (Midfielder), TT Shaji & Faizal Rehman (both Forwards).
KV Lalu - the Viva Kerala Midfielder - injured his knee during the team training while striker TT shaji suffers a severe back pain that will keep him out of the Santosh Trophy tournament.
