Malabar Christian College School, Kozhikode held Army school to a goalless draw in the preliminaries of Juniors Subroto Cup on 8th Oct but were unlucky to go down by a goal to Orissa yesterday at Ambedkar Stadium in New Delhi
MCC gave away a golden chance to beat the defending champions when they missed a penalty kick. The boys from Kozhikode had earlier beaten Goans when they came back at the dying moments to score a 2 -1 victory, but failed to find the net yesterday against Orissa.
The team is scheduled to play their next match against Tripura tomorrow.
