Musli Power X-tra Viva Kerala produced a fine display of attacking football as they managed to edge past HAL SC 1-0, thanks to a first half goal from Indian international midfielder NP Pradeep.
The match was completely dominated by Viva Kerala and HAL SC found it very hard to adjust to the Viva Kerala attacks at the Sree Kanteerava Stadium, Bengaluru, despite winning against the Kerala outfit comfortably at Kannur.
The only goal of the game was scored by NP Pradeep in the 18th minute. Pradeep found the back of the net from a long range effort that was planted into the goal from the left side of the midfield.
The win takes Viva Kerala clear of the relegation spot into the eleventh spot, just a point behind fellow relegation battlers Air India FC and JCT Mills FC.
