The All India Football Federation (AIFF), on Sunday, named their 18 member Indian under-23 national team that will face Myanmar in the return leg of the 2012 Pre-Olympic qualifier at Youth Training Centre in Yangon on March 9, 2011.The Indian team, coached by Desmond Bulpin had produced a 2-1 victory over Myanmar in the first leg of the qualifier played at Balewadi Sports Complex, Pune on February 23.
Viva Kerala striker Sabeeth CS along with East Bengal's Robin Singh has been included in the Indian team that will leave for Myanmar on March 7. Arindam Bhattacharya, Nirmal Chhetri and Mohanraj are injured and will not travel with the team.
Sabeeth has earlier represented India in the under-19 level in the AFC Under-19 Championships and had also scored against Pakistan in his second match for the country. The striker, born at Ootty, has been in fine form for Viva Kerala in this season's I-League.
Other Kerala presence in the team are physical trainer Narayana Menon and physiotherapist Gigy George. Gigy George works at Elite Hospital, Thrissur.
