The fourth EK Nayanar Memorial Gold Cup football tournament will be held from March 9-20, 2012 at the EMS Corporation Stadium, Kozhikode. Eight teams pooled into two groups will meet each other from which top two teams from each group progress to the semi finals of the event. The final will be held on March 20, 2012 with the winner taking home Rs. 15 lakhs and the runners up getting Rs. 10 lakhs.

Group A: Air India FC, Kerala XI, BN Railways Kolkata, MEG Bangalore
Group B: Shillong Lajong FC, Mumbai Fc, Southern Samity, Army XI
