Super League Kerala offers free streaming in MENA
Super League Kerala partners with STARZPLAY and Etisalat TV to offer free match coverage for Malayali expatriates across the Middle East.
For the millions of Malayalis spread across the Arabian Gulf, following Kerala’s premier football action just became completely frictionless. Super League Kerala (SLK), currently in its third season, has officially joined forces with regional broadcast giants Etisalat TV and STARZPLAY, opening up direct, legitimate, and hassle-free match coverage across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). From tea-shop debates in Karama and Deira to weekend gatherings in Doha, Riyadh, and Muscat, the passion for Kerala football has always thrived in the expatriate circuit. Yet, accessing reliable live coverage from abroad often meant grappling with regional geoblocks, laggy third-party streams, or steep paywalls. This new distribution deal removes those hurdles entirely. Where and How to Watch in the Middle East
- Free Live Streaming on STARZPLAY (MENA-Wide): Malayalis across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, and neighboring regional markets can stream every SLK fixture directly on mobile phones, tablets, and smart TVs. Most importantly, no subscription fee or paid tier is required—viewers only need to download the STARZPLAY app to start watching immediately.
- Connected Cable via Etisalat TV (UAE):
Supporters based in the United Arab Emirates who prefer the big-screen living room experience can tune in via regular connected cable television on Etisalat TV.
Uniting the Diaspora With the Domestic Pitch
The Gulf-Malayali connection is the lifeblood of Kerala’s broader sporting culture. Expatriates don't merely watch Kerala football; they actively sponsor local sevens tournaments, back academies, and follow homegrown talents with unmatched dedication.
SLK management recognized that reaching this core demographic was essential to the league’s global ambition. Speaking on the partnership, Mathew Joseph, Director & CEO of Super League Kerala, stated:
"With every season, SLK has focused on expanding its reach and raising the quality of the league. Our partnership with Etisalat TV and STARZPLAY is a significant milestone in that journey. The large Malayali and Indian expatriate community across the Middle East can now enjoy their favourite football league, free of subscription charges on STARZPLAY. We are delighted to take the passion of Kerala football to a wider international audience."
Whether you are tuning in from an apartment in Dubai or on a phone screen in Dammam, Season 3 of Super League Kerala is now just a tap away.
